Fat Burning Workout 

 

 

 

For a few years now I have been a member

of a popular fitness center. I noticed so many others that were frustrated with their fat reducing exercise routines and eating practices.

 

They were working so hard and so long but with almost no noticeable improvement.

More than a few of my own friends and relatives would mention this new program or product they had just paid for with their hard earned money.  This was said to be the answer for their fat loss and fitness goals.  They were so excited about it that they couldn’t wait to get started.

Then, a few weeks later, the same happy-go-lucky people that were once jumping with joy about their new plan to burn fat and get a new body became absolutely discouraged.  It was hard to watch. 

 

My friends and relatives had not yet read the Fat Burning Workout Book.

 

I asked them how their fat reducing plan was working and they told me that it seemed really good at first. Then after a while they didn’t get the results they were expecting or felt they were promised.  They quickly became tired of following the daily workouts because of the very slow progress. 

 

The strict eating diet was leaving them dreaming of the foods that they had to quit eating.  So they felt there must be a better program and they hopped onto the next plan. 

 

Even worse, they became so frustrated with following all of these so-called exercise gurus’ programs, that they fell even deeper into unhealthy eating habits once they stopped these programs. 

 

Bingeing became their only form of satisfaction.  Bingeing comes from depriving yourself of the foods you like. The result, as you can see, is moving away from health and fitness.

What’s worse is that all of these people were following the typically recommended exercise and fad diets that were all the rage.  They were doing what so many other people were doing so they could burn fat fast.

 

After speaking with a lot of these friends and asking about their exercise routines, I noticed one common theme that kept popping up in our discussions.  They were focused on short term goals…their approach was wrong.  They were not thinking of lifelong health and fitness, but instead they were thinking about shedding fat and getting in shape for “swimsuit season”. 

More specifically, they were also doing their exercises in less than an optimal manner.  And then I noticed something about many others that I worked out with at the fitness center.  They just seemed to lack the passion and intensity in their fat reducing workouts.

I knew that if they added passion and intensity it could turn their poorly performing programs into successful programs overnight. But you know, they are hardly to blame, and you certainly should not blame yourself if you’ve fallen into the cycle of fad exercise and diet programs.
