How to Lose Weight Fast and Easy
Naturally
without Diets
If you ask this question, how can
I lose weight then following fad diets is
not the answer if you are planning on keeping the weight off.
The one thing all fad diets have in common is, they are not effective.
They are like a pair of bell-bottom pants. These fad diet plans are
wildly popular for a few years and then they are gone. Then, what happens, after a while they come back like a
vicious circle when the fitness professionals feel that we are ready to start up with them again. When you're
trying to lose fat, you really should avoid these diets like the plague.

Many of you will lose some weight at the beginning of these
diets. So you get some fat loss
initially, but you could also lose some muscle on these diets too. Let me emphasize this, losing
muscle could be counterproductive for your fat burning efforts and your overall
health.
But the bigger problem with these diets is that most us who follow these outlandish diets gain
the fat back, and then some! Did this ever happen to you.
The most important question is, what can I do to keep the weight off?
One reason is the fad diets often recommend focusing too much on one type of food, like
non-carbohydrate foods (meat and dairy only) or only carbohydrate foods (fruits and vegetables only). This kind of
diet will lead to unhealthy eating habits.
When you restrict yourself in the variety of foods that you eat to one
category then you are going to be depriving yourself of many necessary vitamins and
minerals. Limiting yourself of the necessary vitamins and minerals that your body requires
will lead to poor health and additional health problems.
Variety is not only the spice of life, but a variety of nutritious foods and food groups
is also necessary for good health. Good health will bring you energy and vitality to live your life to its
fullest.
Fad diets are overly restrictive and can't be realistically followed,
especially for a long period of time, and they are not only unhealthy but these diets are also very difficult to
stay on because they limit what foods we can eat.
So many of us would just like to eat a minimum of our favorite foods. If you
continue on a rigid restrictive diet then you won't be losing weight for very long.
Behavioral changes in your
eating habits is what will keep you on a pattern of weight loss and weight stabilization for the rest of your
life. You see, when you continue a healthy eating and exercise lifestyle for a period of 21
days.
You will have changed your
habits from unhealthy eating and little exercise to that of healthy eating and exercise.
Once you establish these new patterns it will be very difficult to break the new healthy
way of life you have chosen.
You see, the very concept of a diet is doomed for failure. Why? Diets are
based in a temporary mindset. The fact that someone goes on a diet means they will have to come off of the
diet. This is temporary…why force yourself to lose 10 pounds when you’re just going to gain it back and then
even more when you go off of the diet?
That may sound simple, but most people just don’t understand. Many people look to diets as the
solution for their weight and health problems. But they’re not the answer, and they actually create more
problems for you. People who are regular dieters don't burn fat over the long haul and many times will gain
more weight back than they lost on the diet.
