requires only one set of reps to get the full benefit of the exercise.

 

3.  The program fully explains each exercise and what the benefits are of each exercise.

 

4.  There is a knowledge database if you have questions that are of a general nature.

 

5.  There is a help desk to answer questions that are not in the knowledge database.

 

6.  If you are on vacation, a business trip or you don't have access to weights or a health club, there are methods in the program to show you how to get your exercise using alternative methods.

 

7.  The program stresses have quality and a good quantity of sleep for recuperation and energy for a new day of exercises.

 

 

Negative

 

1.  To get the full benefit of the program you will need to purchase or you can join a health club.

 

2.  The program does not recommend aerobic workout (cardio workout).  A combination of resistance and cardio workout may be best for an overall workout plan.

 

3.  Promotes other products to use within the program.  This may or may not be helpful.

 

4.  The written program is lengthy and will take time to put all of the nutritional and exercise sections to good use.
