Long Term Goals – Be reasonable when you set your long-term goals.  Lose your weight in a healthy 2 – 3 pounds a week.  If you try to lose weight to fast by reducing your caloric intake to drastically, the most likely result will be that after a few days you will start to binge eat to make up for the very low amount of food you have been consuming. 

 

So set your pace of weight reduction in a manner that allows you to stay on your weight reduction plan for the long-term

 

2.  Stock Your House with Healthy Foods

 

These weight loss tips can be used to get rid of the unhealthy food in your home. Replace high fat and high carbohydrate snacks with your favorite delicious fruits and vegetables.
